Short History

• Origin: Purchased new in early 2022 by a third-party contractor for Quantum Fiber a well-known service provider in Nebraska
• Primary Use: Deployed in summer 2022 for a 15-mile rural broadband fiber optic installation, connecting a small farming community to a regional network hub.
• Workload: Accumulated 500 hours during the 2022 project, trenching through sandy loam and occasional gravel; quad tracks ensured reliable performance on varied terrain.
• Post-2022: Used minimally in 2023 for a fiber line installation for a rural development (146 hours) and a brief 2024 emergency cable repair job (50 hours).
• Storage: Kept in climate-controlled garage when not in use.
• Reason for Sale: Acquired newer equipment in mid 2024, rendering the RT120 surplus; low hours reflect careful, selective use.
• Condition Notes: Vibrant paint, minimal track wear, clean cab, fully operational with recent oil change and hydraulic system inspection.
